What this is

• LSC runs voice-led organisational scans — structured interviews with your employees that surface how the company actually operates. We call it the “CT Scan” for the org.
• Each interview is 20–30 minutes and produces two data streams: audio (the conversation itself) and text (transcripts, prompts, the AI’s reasoning).
• The conversations are AI-conducted by Aria, our voice agent. Your consultants define the rubric; Aria runs the interview and tracks coverage in real time.
• We offer five deployment models — from fully cloud through fully air-gapped on-prem — depending on where audio and text are allowed to live. This conversation is how we figure out which one fits.

What to expect from the chat

• “I’m not sure” is always a fine answer. Aria will reframe, give an example, or move on if it doesn’t apply to you.
• Aria defines any term you’re not familiar with — just ask. The conversation works for both technical leads and business sponsors.
